PRIZE DRAWING: All entrants into the FREE PANTS CONTEST whose entries are received by the end of the FREE PANTS CONTEST Entry Period and who meet the requirements of these Official Rules will receive one (1) entry into a drawing to win one (1) of five (5) jeans from Gilded Age (with a retail value ranging from $200 to $500 USD) (the “Prize”). The winner of the Prize will be randomly selected by Sponsor on Friday November 8th, 2013 from among all eligible entries received and the random selections will be final and binding. The FREE PANTS CONTEST winner will be notified by e-mail within seventy two (72) hours of selection and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release within seven (7) days of notification. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize and/or where applicable an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release is not timely received, is incomplete or modified, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from remaining valid, eligible entries timely submitted. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the FREE PANTS CONTEST. Total value of the Prizes is $1,556 USD.
