Ben’s Beginners Cook & Pin Sweepstakes

To enter be…
 (i) above the age of majority in your state of residence
 (ii) a parent or legal guardian of a child who is between the ages of 5 and 12 years old at the time of entry (“Child”) who is enrolled as a student in a public or private school in the United States (“School”) or is participating in a homeschooling program and
 (iii) both You and Your Child must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, including the District of Columbia. Employees, representatives, officers, and directors of Mars Food US (hereinafter, the “Sponsor”), and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible.
How to enter
Step One: First, You must visit the general Sweepstakes entry page on Facebook, which is located at http://www.facebook.com/unclebens (“Sweepstakes Site”). There, You will see the postings related to the Sweepstakes.
Step Two: Next, all entrants must have a Pinterest account and must be a member of Pinterest. If You are already a member of Pinterest, You may now skip to Step Three. To become a Pinterest member, You must visit http://pinterest.com/ and complete the requested information to create an account. An invitation from Pinterest will be sent to the email address provided by You. Only one (1) email request per person permitted. Pinterest membership is not guaranteed by Sponsor.
Step Three: Once a Pinterest member, You must create a pin board under Your personal Pinterest account entitled “Ben’s Beginner’s Cook & Pin” Board (hereinafter “Board”). Only one (1) Board entry per person permitted.
Step Four: Once the Board is created, You may select at least five (5) Uncle Ben’s® Recipes, which will be posted on the Ben’s Beginners “Cook & Pin” Sweepstakes Facebook tab or on the Uncle Ben’s Pinterest Recipe Board, located at http://pinterest.com/unclebensric…eepstakes/. Then, You must pin these recipes to Your Board.
Step Five: You must then upload and pin to your Board at least one (1) picture of Your family, including Your Child, preparing or enjoying a rice-based meal. (The meal that you prepare or enjoy does not have to be one of the recipes you pinned to Your Board.) Your picture must meet the Requirements described below, in Section F of these Rules. Entrants who pin more than one picture will not have any better or greater odds of winning than those who pin only one picture.
Step Six: Once You have completed Steps One through Five, return to the Ben’s Beginners “Cook & Pin” Sweepstakes Facebook tab where You will be asked to fill in the necessary contact information in order to secure an entry. The requested information will include Your name, home address, email, phone, Your child’s name, their date of birth, and the School they attend (or indicate that the Child is homeschooled). Lastly, You will need to copy and paste Your “Cook & Pin” Pinterest Board’s URL address (i.e., http://pinterest.com/screenname/b…s-cook-pin. After You have provided this information, You may then submit Your entry by clicking “Submit”. Once You see the “Thanks for Entering” screen, You are officially entered.
 To be eligible, the Sponsor must receive Your entry prior to the end of the Entry Period.

GRAND PRIZE
 As explained below, the Sponsor will award one Grand Prize, which consists of (i) a $1,000 check awarded to the prize winner and (ii) a $3,500 check made payable to Your Child’s School for use in the School cafeteria (“Cafeteria Gift”). The Cafeteria Gift will be used at the School’s discretion and not monitored by the Sponsor, however, it should be used by the School to better the School cafeteria in some way. In the event the Child is homeschooled as of the date of entry into the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor will award the Cafeteria Gift to a School in the Child’s region that is underprivileged, as determined by the U.S. Department of Education’s Title I funding program. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize = $4,500.
