Grand Prize: (1 winner) 2011 customized Penske inspired Dodge Challenger 392 SRT8 (hereinafter also called the “Vehicle”). All colors, styles, concepts, features, elements, logos, and other items and modifications included in the customization package will be solely determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Any depiction of the Grand Prize in promotional and advertising materials in connection with the Sweepstakes is for illustrative purposes only and may not be the make or model, or have the same or similar features of the actual Grand Prize awarded. Vehicle may be pre-driven up to approximately 500 miles. Grand Prize winner must possess and provide proof of valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of liability insurance prior to taking possession of the Vehicle. If winner does not provide such proof of a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the Vehicle, winner forfeits the Prize. Winner must take delivery of the Vehicle at a location designated by Sponsor within thirty (30) days of notification that the Vehicle is available (this process might take sixty (60) days or more from date of winner’s confirmation). Location anticipated but not guaranteed to be a Dodge dealership or, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, a DIY (do-it-yourself) oil change retailer located near winner’s residence. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for any local, state, and federal taxes and any other fees and/or costs (including title, license, registration, and insurance), incurred in claiming, registering, or using the Vehicle. (ARV $60,000)

 Total ARV of Vehicle may vary depending on Sponsor’s (or its authorized representative’s) appraisal prior to prize award. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty that the customized Vehicle can be sold, bartered or traded at the stated ARV.

 All federal, state and local taxes on the Grand Prize are winner’s responsibility. Actual value of Grand Prize may vary based on final customization details. Winner will not receive the difference between the actual value and the ARV. Grand Prize winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the ARV of the Grand Prize, if applicable.
