Arizona Guide Text Messaging Sweeps

There are two (2) ways to enter:
1. Text Messaging: If you have a text messaging capable device, send a text message with the word “Arizona”, “AZPhoto” or “AZSpa” to the short code (426682) during the Sweepstakes Period. Once you send the text message Limit of 1 entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. All text messaging entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 PT on March 31, 2009. You will be charged for each text message sent or received from your handset according to the terms in your Service Agreement with your wireless carrier. Each text message sent to or received by a service subscriber of any participating wireless carrier will incur a standard messaging charge, in accordance with that carrier’s Terms and Conditions applicable to such customer’s particular rate plan and a premium text messaging charge. You will be charged standard text and data rates for each text message sent or received from your handset according to the Terms and Conditions of your Service Agreement with your wireless carrier will apply to all text messages sent and received in connection with this Sweepstakes. Each wireless carrier’s rate plan may vary, and entrant’s should contact their wireless carrier for information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the mobile phone number submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the mobile phone number by the organization that is responsible for assigning the mobile phone number. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Neither Sponsor nor any Sweepstakes Entity is responsible for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.
2. Mail-In Entry: To enter without using a text messaging capable device, send a 3×5 card with the following hand-written information: The City you are entering for (Chicago, Denver, or LA), your first and last name and an area code and phone number in a postage paid envelope and mail to: “TBD” Text Messaging Sweepstakes, PO Box 10849, Rochester, NY 14607. Limit one mail-in entry per person. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 1, 2009 and received by April 9, 2009 in order to be eligible. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Limit of 1 entry per person regardless of the method of entry. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different wireless devices, identities, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified.
PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded for each City. A total of three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each Grand Prize is a $3,000 voucher to your choice of destination in within the state of Arizona. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $3,000.
