Grand Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two to one of the following three cities: New York, NY, Los Angeles, CA or Minneapolis, MN. The Grand Prize Winner may choose which one of the three cities (New York, NY, Los Angeles, CA or Minneapolis, MN) he or she wishes to travel to, subject to Sponsors’ sole discretion. The Trip will consist of: roundtrip, commercial coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one guest from a major airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to and from an airport in or near New York, NY, Los Angeles, CA or Minneapolis, MN (depending on Grand Prize Winner’s choice and subject to Sponsors’ sole discretion); 2-night stay at a hotel (standard room/double occupancy) in or near New York, NY, Los Angeles, CA or Minneapolis, MN (depending on Grand Prize Winner’s choice and subject to Sponsors’ sole discretion); transportation to and from the Hotel and Airport; transportation to and from the Hotel and the location of the America’s Next Great Restaurant’s winning restaurant in or near New York, NY, Los Angeles, CA or Minneapolis, MN; and dinner for Grand Prize Winner and Guest at the Restaurant (excluding alcohol). ARV of Prizes may vary depending on location of Winner’s residence and prize elements chosen. ARV of Grand Prize will vary depending on the point of departure, fare fluctuation for the flights and Hotel. Sponsors will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to Grand Prize Winner for the ARV of the Grand Prize for the tax year in which Grand Prize was won. Any difference between the ERV and ARV will not be awarded.
