Prize: (1 winner) Trip to New York, NY for Grand Prize Winner and one guest to see The Dr Oz Show during the Fall 2010 taping season, but no later than April 2011. Sponsor and DKC Public Relations & Integrated Marketing shall determine the actual show date. Grand Prize Winner will forfeit prize in its entirety if he/she cannot travel on the dates designated by Sponsor and Prize Provider. Grand Prize Winner’s guest must be over 18 years of age, unless winner is the parent/legal guardian of such guest. Grand Prize package includes: roundtrip coach/economy class airfare for two from the major U.S. airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s home to New York City; accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy) for 2-nights in New York City at a hotel of Expedia’s choice; two tickets to The Dr Oz Show in New York; and a meal allowance of up to $250 to be used towards dinner for the Grand Prize Winner and his or her guest in New York City. Such meal allowance includes tax, tip, and gratuity. Grand Prize Winner and his or her guest must travel on an identical itinerary and are responsible for all expenses not specifically described above. The Grand Prize package has a total approximate retail value (ARV) of $3,000, which may vary depending on location of major airport nearest to winner’s home, travel itinerary, and costs of air transportation at time of award. All prize-related arrangements and accommodations will be made at Prize Provider’s and Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor will not be liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellations or delays. Sponsor will not be liable in the event that The Dr Oz Show is canceled or delayed, and in such an event, Sponsor and Prize Provider will only award the remaining elements of the Grand Prize package, without the show tickets, in full satisfaction of the Grand Prize, with no further substitutions or reimbursement to Winner. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or prize components.
