Prizes: (1) Grand Prize: A prize package consisting of the following: 1.) 4-day/3-night trip for two to NBA All-Star 2011 in Los Angeles between 2/18/11 and 2/21/11 consisting of round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest to winner’s residence in the U.S. or Canada1, standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations, two tickets to select All-Star events and ground transportation to/from the airport and the applicable hotel; 2) One 2011-2012 season ticket package for two to one NBA team market (subject to availability) (winner’s choice of team); 3.) Winner will have the opportunity to create a character to be included in the 2K12 game; and 4.) (1) 2K11 Video Game (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize package=$10,500US). Season ticket package consists of: two (2) tickets (mid-level seats) to the selected team’s 2011-12 regular season home games only.

(5) First Prizes: Two (2) tickets to a regular season NBA game in any one (1) team market (to be determined by Sponsor). Travel to and from game is not included in prize and is each winner’s sole responsibility. (ARV=$200US each).
