GRAND PRIZE: One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) is available to be won, which consists of the following:

 A) A round-trip economy airfare for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest (the “Guest”) leaving from the same gateway from an International airport closest to winner’s home, to Winnipeg, Manitoba (the “Trip”). The Trip must take place between March 30th, 2012 and November 23rd, 2012 as determined by the Sponsors in their sole discretion. In the event the Grand Prize winner lives within 150 miles of Gunisao Lake Lodge, no airfare will be provided; instead, the Grand Prize winner will receive mileage at the then applicable mileage reimbursement rate in effect with the Internal Revenue Service from the Grand Prize winner’s place of residence to and from Gunisao Lake Lodge;

 B) Ground transportation for the Grand Prize winner and Guest between the airport and the Gunisao Lake Lodge (if applicable);

 C) Two (2) nights hotel accommodation for the Grand Prize winner and Guest based on double occupancy at Gunisao Lake Lodge; D) All meals for the Grand Prize winner and Guest at the Gunisao Lake Lodge; and
 E) Three (3) days of guided fishing trips, including gear and bait (fishing licenses and gratuities are not included).

 The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $6,350.00 CDN and $6,210.27 US based upon the Bank of Canada CAD/USD exchange rate on October 20, 2011.
