GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize awarded (“Grand Prize”) to one (1) entrant (“Grand Prize Winner”) from all eligible entries consisting of a Sony 55” 4K LED TV, Bose QC35 Headphones, $200 Amazon gift card intended to buy Last Man Standing Seasons 1-6 through Amazon Video, and a $500 American Express gift card. Total value of Grand Prize is two thousand dollars ($2,000.00).
Federal, state, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and the Administrator will issue an IRS 1099 form to the Grand Prize Winner for the actual retail value of the Grand Prize for the year in which such prize was awarded. Grand Prize Winner will be required to fill out and sign a Grand Prize Winner Release Form (“GP Release”) that includes an affidavit of eligibility as well as publicity and liability releases.
