PRIZES AND ODDS: The 15 winners will receive 50 Tiny Prints holiday cards and 72 (3 sets) address labels. One (1) Grand Prize is being offered of a 4-day/3-night Luxury Included® vacation for two (2) adults and two (2) children (age of 15 or under) to a Beaches Resorts location of winner’s choice in Jamaica.

 The Grand Prize includes three (3) nights’ accommodations for two (2) adults and two (2) children (age of 15 or under) at any Beaches Resorts in Jamaica (single room, double occupancy). The Grand Prize all-inclusive resort package will include deluxe accommodations, all meals, unlimited premium brand beverages, nightly entertainment, all land and water sports, including scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, gratuities, and transfers to and from the designated airport. Telephone calls, Red Lane® Spa treatments and services, specialty dining including character breakfasts and themed birthday parties, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes and purchases made at the Beaches Specialty Shops are not included. Grand Prize will be fulfilled as certificate redeemable by filling in requested information and mailing back to the address indicated. Winner will be contacted by Unique Vacations, Inc. to arrange trip details. Grand Prize winner must redeem package by November 29th, 2012 or prize is forfeited. If winner is unable to redeem package within the time period required, the prize will be forfeited. Hotel accommodations subject to space availability and blackout dates. Resort is subject to availability and, if required, exact location may be changed at Sponsor’s sole discretion, once winner arrives at destination. Confirmation of travel dates will only be provided 30 days prior to the departure date. Request must be placed no less than sixty (60) days prior to requested departure date. Winner must obey local laws in regard to lodging restrictions. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, additional ground transportation, transportation to/from a major air gateway in the United States, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of winner. Winner’s companion must be eighteen (18) years old as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. The two children must be fifteen (15) years old or younger. (I’m confused – who must be 18? I thought two adults and two children) Winner’s companions must execute a liability/publicity releases prior to travel.
