The Prize Winners will receive an Jackson Hole ski vacation including the following: five (4) nights’ lodging, two (2), three- (3) day lift tickets valid at Jackson Hole.
Prize must be redeemed during the 2020/2021 Jackson Hole ski season. Blackout dates apply, and all prizes are subject to availability. If winners are unable to travel within the time period required, the prizes will be forfeited. All costs, expenses and incidental travel costs associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated herein as being awarded (in the package description above), including but not limited to flights, telephone calls, spa treatments and services, purchases made or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of the Winner. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prizes is $3,301.90. Actual value may vary based on dates of travel. Any stated difference between the approximate value and actual value of prizes or any substituted prize will not be awarded.
No cash equivalent for the prizes, prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. TOTAL POTENTIAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $3,301.90.
