DAILY PRIZES: TEN (10) , One (1) per Daily Entry Period): A prize pack consisting of:
(i) SYLVANIA ULTRA LED A-line omnidirectional light bulb,
(ii) MOSAIC™ Flexible LED Lighting Strips,
(iii) Golden Dragon LED,
(iv) Liteflute,
(v) Halogen SuperSaver,
(vi) 2011 Hero card,
(vii) SYLVANIA tee shirt,
(viii) a New Hampshire Motor Speedway hat,
(ix) a SYLVANIA 300 hat, and
(x) a New Hampshire Motor Speedway T-shirt.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $130 per prize pack. These prizes may be substituted the discretion of Sponsor. Total ARV of all Daily Prizes: $1,300.00.
GRAND PRIZE (1): A trip for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, Nevada to the NASCAR® Sprint Cup Series Awards Ceremony™ in Las Vegas, Nevada taking place November 29 and 30, 2012. Trip consists of:
(i) round-trip, coach class air transportation for Grand Prize winner and guest from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize winner’s residence to Las Vegas, Nevada arriving Wednesday, November 28 and departing Saturday, November 30;
(ii) three (3) days, three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) at the Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Hotel;
(iii) two (2) tickets to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Awards Ceremony™ on November 30, 2012;
(iv) two (2) tickets to the NASCAR NMPA Myers Brothers Awards luncheon on November 29; and
(v) two (2) tickets to the NASCAR After the Lap event on November 29.
ARV: $3,000. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Sponsor reserves right to change dates. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Important Notice: All travel arrangements must be booked by October 31, 2012 and completed by November 30, 2012. Travel reservations and hotel accommodations will be booked through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. If winner lives within a 200-mile radius of hotel designated by Sponsor, winner will not receive the air-transportation portion of the Prize.
Total Average Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes is $4300.00
