B. Odds of Winning an Instant Win Game Prize. In order for an Entrant’s Instant Win Game Play to result in the Entrant being a potential Instant Win Game Prize Winner, it must have occurred either at the exact randomly predetermined winning time as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator or, if no Instant Win Game Play has occurred at the exact randomly predetermined winning time, then it must be the Instant Win Game Play that occurred at the closest time immediately following the randomly predetermined winning time. If an Entrant receives a winning message, the Entrant will be deemed a potential Instant Win Game Winner pending confirmation and/or verification of the Entrant’s eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules as determined by Sponsor. The number of Instant Win Game Prizes available to be won will decrease during the Promotion Period as Instant Win Game Prizes are played for and/or claimed. The total number of Instant Win Game Prizes will not exceed

the number of Instant Win Game Prizes as set forth in the table in Section 4A. All Instant Win Game Prizes will be awarded provided there are a sufficient number of eligible Winners. Instant Win Game Prizes that are unclaimed, unredeemed or returned as undeliverable will not be awarded.
6. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: Each Entrant who successfully registers for the Promotion will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each time that he/she enters to play the Instant Win Game as set forth in Section 3, and one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes for each friend that he/she refers as set forth in Section 4, for a maximum of six (6) entries into the Sweepstakes per calendar day.
7. RANDOM SWEEPSTAKES DRAWINGS: On or about January 25, 2012, Administrator will randomly draw one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner from among the eligible Entrants. The Entrant selected is deemed the potential Prize Grand Winner pending confirmation and/or verification of the Entrant’s eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules as determined by Sponsor.
8. SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE, ARV AND ODDS OF WINNING:
A. Grand Prize: One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner will receive a check in the amount of $10,000.00. If the Grand Prize Winner is younger than 21 years old and resides in Mississippi or under the age of 19 and resides in Alabama, Delaware or Nebraska, the check will be made payable to the Grand Prize Winner’s parent or legal guardian.
B. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning the Sweepstakes Grand Prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
