PRIZE. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of: (a) round-trip  coach air transportation for two (2) to a city of the winner’s choice (of available options to  be determined by Sponsor) (a “First Destination”), from a major commercial airport in the  continental United States, nearest to winner’s primary residence, as determined by  Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for  air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) two (2) nights  hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only) at the First  Destination; (c) two (2) tickets see One Direction in the vicinity of the First Destination, on  a date TBD (to be determined); AND ALSO (d) round-trip coach air transportation for two  (2) to London, Great Britain (“Second Destination”), from a major commercial airport in the  continental United States, nearest to winner’s primary residence, as determined by  Sponsor; (e) three (3) nights hotel accommodations in London; and (f) two (2) tickets to  one of the concert performances by One Direction in the vicinity of London (TBD by  Sponsor) at approximately February, 2013. The First Destination and Second Destination of London may not necessarily be in that order. Each of (c) and (f) are referred to herein as  an “Event.” (TOTAL Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,880)
