1) your selection of your favorite NFL football team; 2) A color photo demonstrating how you are the most dedicated fan of your selected favorite NFL team (maximum file size of photo is 10 MB and photo must be in one of the following file formats: .jpg, .jpeg, non-animated .gif or .png); and 3) Your “Battle Cry” for your team (in 500 characters or less).

Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV’s”): One (1) Grand Prize: An 8-day7-night trip for winner and one guest to Indianapolis, IN, from January 30, 2012 through February 6, 2012, to attend Super Bowl XLVI. Trip includes round-trip coach class air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home, 7-nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy), a week-long Super Bowl XLVI all access pass, a pair of tickets to the game, transportation to and from the game/hotel plus winner will receive a $3,000 Sponsor specified Visa Gift Card (“Gift Card”). Gift Card may be subject to terms and conditions, including a five (5) year expiration date. (Estimated ARV of prize is $ 11,025; actual ARV of trip depends on location of Grand Prize winner and airfares at time of departure).
