Prize: (2 winners) trip for the winner and a guest to attend a concert at Janet Jackson’s Rock Witchu Tour. The winner and guest will have the opportunity to “meet and greet” Ms. Jackson at the concert venue. One winner and guest will attend a concert on October 17, 2008 at the Izod Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey, and the other winner and guest will attend a concert on October 22, 2008 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas. Each trip includes roundtrip coach air transportation for two from a major commercial airport near winner’s city of residence within the continental United States to an airport near the destination concert venue; 2-nights’ hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy) at a hotel selected by NIVEA; two passes to the applicable Janet Jackson concert on the date of the prize concert; a “meet and greet” with Ms. Jackson at a time and location in or near the concert venue convenient for Ms. Jackson; ground transportation to and from the concert venue; and cash or vouchers of $250.00 for meals. NIVEA will determine which prize goes to each of the winners, by random selection.

Approximate retail value of each prize: $2,300. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $4,600. All expenses not expressly listed as part of the prize are the winner’s sole responsibility. Each winner is responsible for any applicable taxes and fees. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations, distance between departure and destination and other factors. Exact travel dates and arrangements are subject to airline and hotel availability and blackout dates and are subject to change. Travel must take place during the respective designated time period for each prize. Winner must agree to departure and return dates as specified by NIVEA or the applicable prize will be forfeited. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. All travel is subject to availability, and NIVEA may make substitutions of equivalent kind and value as to any portion of either prize, if and when necessary. Once travel is booked, no changes or cancellations will be accepted. There are no extensions or exceptions. All travelers must present valid identification (such as a driver’s license) prior to ticketing. Airline regulations apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. In the event that a prize winner cannot travel on the designated dates provided, NIVEA reserves the right to forfeit the prize or choose an alternate winner by random selection. Airline schedules, the schedule of Ms. Jackson, concert dates, and travel arrangements are subject to change outside the control of NIVEA. NIVEA will not be liable or responsible for any such changes and reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, in NIVEA’s sole discretion, if, for any reason, all or any portion of the grand prize is not available. Prizes are not transferable by winners.
