Mercedes-Benz USA’s AMG Driving Academy Giveaway

One (1) Grand Prize: A trip to attend the AMG Driving Academy for the winner and up to three (3) guests. Trip consists of:
 (i) round-trip, coach-class airfare for up to four (4) (from major airport near winner’s and/or guests’ physical place of residence at time of entry as chosen by the Sponsor)
 (ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined at the discretion of Sponsor; up to four (4) single-occupancy rooms; does not include meals, room service, or other incidentals)
 (iii) attendance at the one (1) day Basic Training AMG Driving Academy for up to four (4) participants (Driving Academy location, course, and all other aspects of the Driving Academy are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor)
 (iv) ground transportation between the airport and hotel and the hotel and the Driving Academy
 (v) $500 awarded in the form of a corporate check payable to the winner

 The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize goods and services identified above is $11,030. The Grand Prize winner will also receive a single cash payment of $5,682.12 in the form of a corporate check, based on a 34% tax rate, which is intended to assist with any federal or state tax obligations related to the Grand Prize. The total ARV of the Grand Prize is Sixteen Thousand Seven Hundred Twelve Dollars and Twelve Cents ($16,712.12).
