Prize: (1 winner) Vacation for two to Belize, including roundtrip economy airfare and a 4-night stay in a minimum 3-star hotel. All other expenses not specifically listed herein are solely the winner’s responsibility including, but not limited to, sales taxes, baggage fees, and other ancillary airline fees. Prize subject to any and all applicable terms and conditions. Any depictions of prizes are for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be sent an IRS Federal 1099-MISC tax form for the retail value of any prize at or above $600. No transfer, refund, substitution or replacement of prize permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value (or cash equivalent). ARV of all prizes is in U.S. dollars. All prizes will be awarded within 1 year of receipt of valid and executed winners’ affidavit or prize confirmation. Any portion of the prize not accepted or unclaimed and/or unused by the winner will be forfeited and will not be substituted. The following are CheapOair’s terms and conditions, which must be followed: a) All prizes awarded in accordance with these terms and conditions in the form of travel arrangements (air tickets, hotel stays, etc) are valid for one year from the date of the winner being selected. b) Travel must be booked at least 30 days prior to departure date c) Airline and hotel partners will be determined at time of fulfillment d) Winners are required to submit three travel date options. e) Winners must travel from a major US gateway on selected airlines’ route network. It will be the responsibility of the winners/passengers to get to a major gateway. f) Tickets will be issued in economy class and once issued are not changeable. g) Blackout dates include all major holidays and are subject to the air carrier selected. Tickets will not be issued on blackout dates in accordance with air carrier policies. h) Tickets are subject to availability and existing flight schedules. i) Seat assignments, baggage fees, and other ancillary fees as applicable are not included and are the responsibility of the winner/passengers. j) Prize tickets will be subject to all CheapOair Terms and Conditions. k) Tickets are not refundable or transferable, cannot be extended, bartered or redeemed for cash value.
