Write an essay not to exceed 100 words describing your most cherished gift from your mother (“mother”, for the purpose of this Sweepstakes, can be defined as a motherly figure or a person who plays or played the motherly role in your life). Upload a good quality photo to support your essay, the photo must be a visual representation of what was described in your essay or a photo of your mother. Photo must be in a .jpg, .gif, or .png electronic format.
On or about May 16, 2012 one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing amongst all Eligible Entries received.
One (1) Grand Prize: A 3 day/2 night trip for the Grand Prize Winner and (1) one Guest to Los Angeles, California to shop with Cindy Crawford at a designated jcpenney store, as well as a jcpenney Gift Card valued at $1,000 to be used on the shopping trip. Trip includes: (i) round-trip economy class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest from a major airport nearest to the winner’s home (the “airport of origin”) to an airport in or near Los Angeles, CA; (ii) hotel accommodations for two (2) nights in one (1) standard double occupancy room (base room and tax only; winner must provide credit card to cover incidentals and any damages to the room); and (iii) ground transportation to/from the airport in California and the hotel and to/from the hotel and shopping location.
