How to Enter: During the Entry Period, a code will be displayed on Investigation Discovery every hour. After viewing the code, entrants must go online to www.InvestigationDiscovery.com/Giveaway, where they must enter the code displayed, and complete an online form with their name and contact information, which includes but is not limited to their (i) e-mail address (ii) telephone number (iii) and current physical address. Entrant will have until the end of the Entry Period to enter the on-screen code and complete the online form. All complete entries will be accepted; incomplete or incorrect codes will still be accepted. Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes multiple times.
On or about January 4, 2016, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, to award one (1) Grand Prize, consisting of a $5,000 Visa gift card, with an approximate retail value of $5,000.
