A total of one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of and is limited to: (a) round trip coach airfare for four (4) people from the major airport closest to Winner’s residence (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion) to an airport in or around Six Flags Magic Mountain (the “Park”) (airport, carrier, seating and travel dates and times as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion) located in Valencia, CA (ARV $2800); (b) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in or near the Park (single room with quad occupancy) (ARV $500); (c) four (4) single day admission combination tickets to the Park (ARV $272); (d) one (1) THE FLASH Pass for four (4) people (ARV $200); (e) four (4) single meal vouchers valid at the Park (ARV $60); (f) cash prize of $500.00 USD. All aspects of the prize must be used together and prior to November 1, 2015. Winner and travel companions must travel on the same itinerary and on dates and at times specified by Prize Supplier. Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Travel must be booked through Prize Supplier at least ten (10) days prior to anticipated departure date and cannot be changed, modified or rescheduled once booked except by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion. All reservations are subject to availability and black-out dates. Prize will be awarded if properly claimed. Winner and winner’s guests shall be subject to all Park rules and regulations. Ticket prizes may be subject to blackout days or other use restrictions. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Prizes of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability or other factors as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,332.00. Actual ARV depends on location of prizewinner and the major airport, and fares and rates at the time of booking; if actual ARV is less than the stated ARV in these Official Rules, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Prize is not transferable and prize substitution by winner or guests will not be allowed. Winner is solely responsible for any and all costs, fees, taxes and expenses associated with prize award, receipt and use not expressly specified herein as part of the prize, including, without limitation, additional transportation costs, airline change fees, additional lodging, meals, gratuities, insurance, surcharges and other costs and expenses incurred by the winner and winner’s guests in accepting the prize, and all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. The winner will be issued a United States Internal Revenue Service 1099 tax form for the ARV of the prize. Winner and companions are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. All reservations are subject to availability and black-out dates.
