Submit a brief description of your real life moment that is no more than 750 words and a 1 line overview of the story
Prize: (3 winners) Each winning story may (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) be made into a short film and the entrant will receive a credit within the film (e.g. “Inspired by the life of…”) and may (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) be distributed on a DVD with Glamour Magazine. All entries are eligible for selection in the 2009 Glamour Reel Moments contest and, if not selected as a winner for 2009, may, at Sponsor’s sole discretion remain eligible for any future Glamour Reel Moments contests that Sponsor conducts. In addition, each winner will receive two (2)coach airfare tickets from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the U.S. to the U.S. location where the short films premiere and one (1) standard hotel room (double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor. The approximate retail value of the prize is $4,000, depending on exact itinerary. Actual value may vary based on fluctuations in price for airfare and/or accommodations, and distance between departure and destination. Ground transportation, meals, in-room or other personal charges at lodging (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included. Winner and travel companion must be available to travel on the same itinerary. Trip must be booked by December 15, 2009 and completed by December 31, 2009, and may be subject to certain other restrictions, including without limitation blackout dates. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation may be substituted for roundtrip air travel. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure.
