Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night trip for two to Portland, OR with a total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $2,100 consisting of the following elements: Roundtrip coach airfare for two between the major US gateway city airport closest to the Grand Prize winner’s home and Portland, OR; hotel accommodations for two persons (one standard room double occupancy) for three consecutive nights; and $200 in Fandango Bucks. Air carrier(s) and hotel are at the sole discretion of Sweepstakes Entities. The actual value of the travel portion may vary depending on city of departure, date and times of travel, airfare fluctuations and hotel charges at the time of travel. Therefore, the actual value of the Grand Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. Any difference between actual value and stated ARV will not be awarded. Fandango Bucks are valid only for Internet purchases made on www.fandango.com for partner theaters located in the United States. Grand Prize winner must have Internet access to redeem Fandango Bucks.

All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included as part of Grand Prize package, and are solely the Grand Prize winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: hotel taxes, round trip transportation between the winner’s residence and any airport of origin, ground transportation at the winner’s destination(s), travel insurance, excursions, room service, parking fees, laundry service, food, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, telephone calls, tips, gratuities and service charges. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Grand Prize winner must give a minimum of forty-five (45) days advance notice of desired departure date. Trip must be completed by July 31,2009. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary; winner and guest will be required to execute and return a Release of Liability form prior to ticketing. Grand Prize winner’s guest may not be a minor unless the Grand Prize winner is said minor’s parent/legal guardian. A minor will not be allowed to participate in any portion of Grand Prize travel without being accompanied by his or her winning parent or legal guardian.
