Limit of one (1) entry per person per email address throughout the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry or location visited to participate.
Grand Prize (1): A trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend a Carrie Underwood concert scheduled to take place in Denver, Colorado on March 30, 2016. Trip consists of:
• roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Denver, Colorado,
• three (3) days and two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only),
• ground transportation to/from airport and hotel, ground transportation to/from hotel and concert,
• two (2) tier 1 tickets to the concert,
• a meet and greet opportunity for winner and guest with Carrie Underwood at the concert venue, and
• $500 for winner only awarded in the form of a check.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $5,000. Trip must be taken from March 29, 2016 to March 31, 2016 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof.
First Prize (1): A Samsung Galaxy S6 phone with six (6) months of Cricket Wireless “Smart plan” service and six (6) months of Deezer service. ARV of First Prize: $850.
Second Prizes (2): Guitar signed by Carrie Underwood. ARV of each Second Prize: $500.
Third Prizes (10): A six (6) month subscription to Deezer service. ARV of each Third Prize: $36.
Total ARV of all prizes: $7,210.
