Once you become a follower of @JIMCRAMER, you will be required to submit a “Tweet” that includes: (1) the hashtag #cramersweeps and (2) the @reply “@JIMCRAMER”. You must include #cramersweeps and @JIMCRAMER in your Statement or your Entry may not be valid.
Prize: There will be one (1) prize awarded (“Prize”) to Winner consisting of a trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to visit the CNBC studio in Englewood, NJ and an opportunity to meet Jim Cramer (“Trip”). Trip will include: round-trip, coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to one (1) of the major airports near New York, NY (“NY Airport”) (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); accommodations for Winner and Guest for two (2) nights (standard room, double occupancy) at a hotel in or near New York, NY (“Hotel”) (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); transportation between NY Airport and Hotel; and an opportunity for Winner and Guest to visit the CNBC studio and meet Jim Cramer (“Event”). Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is three thousand dollars ($3,000).
