Grand Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two to New York City, New York to view a taping of the Live! with Regis and Kelly Show. The Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest will receive a 3-day/2-night trip to New York City, New York. The Sponsor will provide the Grand Prize Winner with three different travel dates and the Grand Prize Winner may chose one of these travel dates. The date and time of the Show’s taping will be provided to Grand Prize Winner once he/she chooses their travel date(s) and the show taping date is confirmed. The Grand Prize Trip will include: roundtrip coach-class air transportation on Frontier Airlines for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from the gateway airport servicing Frontier Airlines closest to Grand Prize Winner’s home (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York City, New York; 3-days/2-nights hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) at a hotel to be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion and two tickets to attend a Show’s taping. If the Grand Prize Winner lives within two hundred (200) miles from the metropolitan New York City Area, then the Sponsor may elect to provide the Grand Prize Winner and Guest with ground transportation to the hotel and no compensation or substitution will be provided for any difference in prize value. Also, if the Grand Prize Winner lives more than two hundred (200) miles from the nearest airport served by Frontier Airlines, Sponsor will pay or reimburse the Grand Prize Winner and Guest for the reasonable cost of ground transportation to that airport. The Grand Prize Winner and Guest must be able to travel to New York City, New York on the date(s) chosen by Grand Prize Winner, be prepared to stay in New York City, New York for three (3) days, and be able to attend the Show on the confirmed taping date. If a Grand Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason, cannot travel on the dates originally selected by Grand Prize Winner, or he/she refuses to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release, then the Sponsor may randomly select a new Grand Prize Winner from the pool of eligible Entrants or may cancel the Grand Prize Trip. In addition, the Grand Prize Winner will receive $500 cash as part of the Grand Prize. The Guest must be twenty-one (21) years old. The Guest will be required to sign a Liability & Publicity Release.

The Grand Prize Winner and Guest must travel on same itinerary and all travel arrangements must be made with Sponsor or Sponsor’s agent. Travel subject to availability and must be completed on dates selected by Grand Prize Winner or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and awarded to another randomly selected Grand Prize Winner from the pool of eligible Entrants, if time allows. Some restrictions may apply. No cancellation of reservation or transfer of reservation to another date is permitted after reservation has been made. If the taping of the Show is cancelled for any reason, then, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, the visit to the Show may be re-scheduled with the Grand Prize Winner and WISN-TV. If there is not another taping of the Show available for re-scheduling, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Grand Prize Winner other than to provide the travel portion and monetary components of the Grand Prize minus the Show tickets. Grand Prize Winner and Guest are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary travel documents, and for any other costs/fees not otherwise provided for. ARV for Grand Prize: $2,000.00.

The Grand Prize Trip is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable or substitutable, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value for any reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In order to receive the Sweepstakes Prize, the potential Winner or his/her parent/legal guardian if the potential Grand Prize Winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, will be required to sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance (including, without limitation, providing his/her respective Social Security Number for tax purposes) and a Liability/Publicity Release, as allowed by state law, by the return date specified in the prize notification letter. Additionally, the Grand Prize Winner will receive a Form 1099, as required by law. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, disqualify and select an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner if: (a) a potential Grand Prize Winner fails to respond to notification within the time specified by Sponsor; (b) the return of notification as undeliverable; (c) the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency; (d) the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance (including, without limitation, providing his/her respective Social Security Number for tax purposes) and a Liability/Publicity Release by the return date specified by Sponsor, regardless of the cause of such failure; or (e) any other non-compliance with the Official Rules. Prior to the award of the Prize, Sponsor reserves the right to require the potential Grand Prize Winner to submit to a confidential background check to confirm eligibility as a condition of awarding the Sweepstakes Prize to help ensure that the use of any such person in advertising or publicity for the Promotion will not bring Sponsor & Others into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Promotion as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Grand Prize is not transferrable or substitutable, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion, with one of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibilities of the Sweepstakes Winner.
