One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for two (2) to one (1) of the Learfield Sports’ College Men’s Basketball Home Games for the 2013 – 2014 Basketball Season (hereinafter, the “Game”) (exact Game to be selected by winner from a select list of games provided by Sponsor, subject to availability). Trip consists of roundtrip coach air transportation from major commercial airport nearest the winner’s residence to city/state where the Game is located; two (2) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) at Sponsor-specified hotel; round trip ground transportation between airport, hotel and Game; two (2) tickets to the Game (subject to availability, at Sponsor’s sole discretion); and a $400.00 Official School Licensed Merchandise Card gift card to be used for school/team merchandise. All expenses not stated in these Official Rules are solely the responsibility of the winner, including, without limitation, all tips, gratuities, service charges or taxes, meals, ground transportation not specified, hotel room service, beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long-distance telephone calls. Travel and accommodations are subject to change and availability, and restrictions may apply. Winner and winner’s travel companion must complete, execute and return all affidavits, releases and other documents required by Sponsor prior to ticketing of prize. Winner and winner’s travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and winner must book travel at least thirty (30) days in advance as directed by Sponsor. Once trip is booked, any changes made at winner’s request are at winner’s sole expense. Winner’s travel companion must be at 18 years of age or older (or 19 years of age or older if resident of AL or NE). Travel must be completed by the end of the 2013-2014 College Basketball Season. Winner and winner’s travel companion must have all required documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to departure and are responsible for obtaining such travel documents; travel on the dates specified by Sponsor, which are subject to change; attend the Game on the specified date, which is subject to change; and comply with all airport and venue security requirements; or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or cancel the participation of any winner or winner’s travel companion due to noncompliance with any security procedure or inappropriate behavior or misconduct. Date, location, and seating for the Game are determined solely by Sponsor and subject to availability. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. No responsibility is assumed for any canceled, rescheduled, unavailable or postponed event dates in which event that portion of the prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor is responsible only for providing the remaining portions of the prize as described above which shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to winner with no substitute or additional compensation awarded. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $2,000.00. Actual retail value depends on the city of departure and dates/times of travel and any difference between actual costs and ARV will not be awarded. In the event winner resides within 250 miles of Game, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of airfare, in such case the ARV will be less than the ARV stated above and any difference between actual costs and ARV will not be awarded. If the Grand Prize winner cannot accept the Grand Prize as stated, the winner may select a cash alternative of $2,000.00 in lieu of the Grand Prize
