ET on March 28, 2014. Note that you may be required to“like” the Balance Bar® Facebook Page in order to see the entry form. Limit one(1) entry per person/Facebook Account.
GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES RANDOM DRAWING/ODDS OFWINNING: On or about March 28, 2014, theSponsor will select the potential Grand Prize Sweepstakes winner and the five(5) potential First Prize Sweepstakes winners in a random drawing from amongall eligible sweepstakes entries received. Odds of winning the Grand Prize or one of the First Prizes depend on thenumber of eligible sweepstakes entries timely received. Each participant iseligible for only one prize. Once a winner is selected for the Grand Prize, thewinner will no longer be eligible for any of the five (5) First Prizes, andvice versa. The five (5) potential Balance Bar® First Prize winners will beselected in a random drawing from among all remaining applicable eligibleentries after the selection of the Grand Prize winner (whose name has beenremoved from the drawing). In the event that the potential Grand Prize winneror any of the five (5) potential Balance Bar® Prize Pack First Prize winnersare ineligible or forfeit their prize for any reason, the Sponsor will select anew potential winner(s) from the pool of all remaining applicable eligibleentries, excluding the participants whom have already been selected as potential“Spring Into Balance”sweepstakes winners.

GRAND PRIZE: One(1) “Spring Into Balance”Grand Prize will be made available, consisting of a 1-hour pantry cleaning consultation with BrandAmbassador and Registered Dietitian Sharon Richter (Via video chat or phone)(ARV $150), one (1) case of 120 Balance Bar products (ARV $120), two (2) JRWatkins products (including White Tea & Bamboo line & Moisturizing HandSoap line) (ARV $20), and one (1) $100 gift card to The Container Store. The varietyof Balance Bars to be included in the case shall be determined in the Sponsor’ssole discretion. Any prize details not specified herein shall bedetermined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The total approximate retailvalue of the Grand Prize is$390.
