Grand Prize: (1 winner) Flip UltraHD Camcorder and a trip for two to the 2010 Gen Art Film Festival in New York City. Trip includes round trip coach class air transportation for two to New York City departing from the major airport nearest to Grand Prize winners home; two nights standard hotel accommodations (double occupancy); and two tickets to the film festival. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,450.00. The actual value will depend on the Grand Prize winners city of departure. Sponsor may substitute surface transportation for air travel if Grand Prize winner lives in the New York City area. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Grand Prize winner is responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prize that are not specifically mentioned, including, but not limited to, taxes, additional transportation/transfers, food and beverages, gratuities, and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by winner in using the Grand Prize. Travel must occur on the dates specified by Sponsor to winner, or winner will forfeit the trip portion of the prize. Travel dates/times, airline and hotel are at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
