Limit: Each participant may earn up to five (5) entries per day during the Promotion Period.
Prizes: A total of forty-nine (49) prizes (each a “Prize”), will be awarded. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) for all Prizes: ten thousand three hundred and eighteen and forty-three cents ($10,318.43 USD). Limit: of one (1) Prize per person.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A check for $5,000 USD. ARV: five thousand dollars ($5,000 USD).

Total ARV for the Second Prize: two hundred fifty-four dollars and sixty-nine cents ($254.69 USD).

THIRTY SIX (36) FIFTH PRIZES: One (1) fifty dollar ($50 USD) American Express Gift Card Total ARV for each Fifth Prize: fifty dollars ($50 USD).

Sweepstakes Structure: The Sweepstakes shall consist of the following structure:

a. Twelve (12) weekly entry periods (each a “Weekly Entry Period”), each of which shall be a total of one (1) week in duration, with each beginning on Thursday at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending on the following Wednesday at 11:59 p.m. ET, except for the last Weekly Entry Period which will begin on Thursday at 12:00 a.m. ET and End on the following Monday at 11:50 p.m. ET. During each Weekly Entry Period, participants may submit an entry (or entries), as further detailed above.

b. At the conclusion of each Weekly Entry Period, Administrator will randomly select one (1) entry as a First Prize Winner, Second Prize Winner, Third Prize Winner or Fourth Prize Winner (as outlined and defined below), and three (3) entries as Fifth Prize Winners (collectively, “Weekly Period Winners”).
i. During weeks 1, 5 and 9 of the Weekly Entry Periods, the one (1) entry selected will be a potential first prize winner (“First Prize Winner”) and will be eligible for a first prize (“First Prize”).
ii. During weeks 2, 6 and 10 of the Weekly Entry Periods, the one (1) entry selected will be a potential second prize winner (“Second Prize Winner”) and will be eligible for a second prize (“Second Prize”).
iii. During weeks 3, 7 and 11 of the Weekly Entry Periods, the one (1) entry selected will be a potential third prize winner (“Third Prize Winner”) and will be eligible for a third prize (“Third Prize”).
iv. During weeks 4, 8 and 12 of the Weekly Entry Periods, the one (1) entry selected will be a potential fourth prize winner (“Fourth Prize Winner”) and will be eligible for a fourth prize (“Fourth Prize”).
v. During every week of the Weekly Entry Periods, the three (3) entries selected will be the potential fifth prize winners (each a “Fifth Prize Winner”) and will be eligible for a fifth prize (“Fifth Prize”).

c. Entries submitted in prior Weekly Entry Periods will not be eligible to be Weekly Periods Winners in all subsequent Weekly Entry Periods and will be eligible for the Grand Prize.

d. At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, Administrator will randomly select one (1) grand prize winner (a “Grand Prize Winner”) from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
