GRAND PRIZE, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE, AND ODDS OF WINNING: A maximum of one (1) Grand Prize to be
awarded in connection with this sweepstakes. The “Grand Prize” consists of one full day of fishing for the confirmed winner and a
guest of his/her choosing with a professional angler (subject to availability) on a mutually agreed upon date (by all parties)
between June 1, 2019 and October 1, 2019 at a location in one of the 50 U.S. as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion
based on the geographical location of the confirmed winner’s residence (the “Fishing Excursion”), $500 in Shell ROTELLA
branded merchandise, and a $1,000 Visa® Reward Card which can be used towards transportation to/from the confirmed

winner’s residence and the fishing location, travel-related expenses, lodging, or miscellaneous expenses and/or incidentals,
including any desired or necessary travel documents, insurance, and fishing licensing.
Fishing Excursion must take place between June 1, 2019 and October 1, 2019; no alternative dates are available. Fishing
Excursion date and exact professional angler in attendance is subject to availability; blackout dates and other restrictions may
apply. Grand Prize winner is responsible for all travel expenses not included herein, including but not limited to airfare,
airline baggage fees, gratuities, meals, airport fees, parking fees, hotel accommodations, personal charges at the hotel,
and any other incidental costs or expenses related to participation in the Grand Prize. Grand Prize winner and his/her
guest are responsible for obtaining any desired or necessary travel documents including government identification and any
applicable insurance including but not limited to medical insurance for any part of the Fishing Excursion at their own cost and
expense. Fishing Excursion is subject to rain-check, modification and/or cancellation policies and procedures of the event
organizers. Sponsor is not responsible if the Fishing Excursion, or any portion thereof, is delayed, postponed, or canceled for any
reason and no refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of the Fishing Excursion, in whole or
in part, including but not limited to any costs paid for by the Grand Prize winner and/or his/her guest to accept and participate in
the Fishing Excursion. If the Potential Winner is unable or unwilling to travel during the time period specified, the Grand Prize will
be forfeited and may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, be awarded to an alternate potential winner by random drawing from all
remaining eligible Entries received in the Sweepstakes, time permitting.
Grand Prize winner and his/her guest hereby acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved in acceptance of or participation
in the Fishing Excursion and that these risks may be present before, during, and after the Fishing Excursion commences. Grand
Prize winner and his/her guest must abide by all event venue policies. Sponsor and event venue personnel reserve the right to
remove or to deny entry to or revoke full or partial Grand Prize elements from the Grand Prize winner and/or his/her guest who
they deem, in their sole discretion, to engage in a disruptive manner, or with intent to abuse, threaten or harass any other person
or any of the Sweepstakes Entities at the Fishing Excursion, be intoxicated, a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law,
or may bring Sponsor into disrepute.
