Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to attend the 2012 mtvU Woodies Awards (the “Event”) currently contemplated to take place on or around March 15, 2012 in Austin, TX. The trip will include: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from a major gateway airport of Sponsor’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence to Austin, TX. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Austin, TX; (ii) roundtrip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (to be taken together) between airport and hotel in Austin, TX,(iii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations based on double occupancy in Austin, TX for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included) and (iv) VIP experience for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to Sponsor’s events taking place in Austin, TX, to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). The approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,500.00
