Wired Marvel X-Men Origins: Wolverine Contest

Prizes:
(1) grand prize winner, one (1) first prize winner and twenty (20) second prize winners.
The grand prize is two (2) coach airfare tickets from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the US to New York or Los Angeles, one (1) standard hotel room (double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor, two (2) tickets for the movie premiere of Wolverine, to occur on May 1st, or May 2nd 2009 in either New York or Los Angeles (location subject to change) The approximate retail value of the grand prize is $2,000, depending on exact itinerary. Actual value may vary based on fluctuations in price for airfare and/or accommodations, and, if applicable, distance between departure and destination. Ground transportation, meals, in-room or other personal charges at lodging (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included. Winner must be available to travel to coincide with the movie premiere, otherwise winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be chosen. Winner and travel companion must be available to travel on the same itinerary. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation may be substituted for roundtrip air travel. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure
The first prize winner will have their image/likeness drawn into a Marvel Digital Comic selected by Marvel and Sponsor, at their discretion. A print/screen shot of the drawing will be included. The approximate retail value of the first prize is $500.00.
The second prize is a one (1) year subscription to Marvel Digital Comic. The approximate retail value of each second prize is $59.88.
