Prize: Winner will receive a “Prize” consisting of: one 7″ sandwich (“Redeemed Item”) per week (“Redemption Week” being defined as Monday through Sunday) beginning March 8, 2020 through February 29, 2024 (the “Redemption Period”). The Prize may only be redeemed once per week during the Redemption Period, and the total Prize value per Redemption Week shall not exceed $10.00, and shall not exceed $2,080.00 over the course of the Redemption Period. The Prize is nontransferable and not redeemable for cash. In the event that the Redeemed Item is priced at the redeeming location at less than $10.00 at the time of purchase, the difference will not be credited toward the purchase of additional menu items, nor will the difference be paid to you in cash. Unused Prize redemptions in any Redemption Week are forfeited. In the event that the Redemption Item is priced at more than $10.00 at the redeeming location at the time of purchase, you will be responsible for paying the amount in excess of $10.00. In the event that the Which Wich location most conveniently located to Winner is no longer available to Winner during the Redemption Period for any reason, whether due to Winner’s relocation or a Store’s closure or relocation, no substitute prize will be awarded. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with Prize.
