Udi’s Countdown to Summer BUN-GO Promotion

click “like” to become an Udi’s Gluten Free fan and obtain access to the Sweepstakes and play BUN-GO. If you are already an Udi’s Gluten Free fan, you may still enter the Sweepstakes by clicking the Sweepstakes tab to play BUN-GO. All Entrants must authorize the BUN-GO Sweepstakes application (“Application”) in order to begin. Throughout the Promotion Period click on each BUN-GO square to answer questions or upload pictures as directed by the prompt for each box then click submit to earn points until the entire board is complete. A change in the square color will indicate that the answer or photo has been accepted and the square is completed. Questions do not need to be answered correctly to earn points/entries, however all answers must make sense relative to the question. All squares do not need to be completed at one time.

The Application will save completed squares. Limit one BUN-GO game board per Entrant. Points are earned as follows:

◦Each Row = 10 Points
◦Each Column = 10 Points
◦Each Diagonal = 10 Points
◦Invite Your Friends = 10 Points (Note: you can only invite your friends once)
◦Blackout = 170 Points
◦Center Bonus Square = 50 Points
All Entrants will receive coupons upon achieving specific point levels as designated in the Rewards and Prizes section of these rules. Additionally Entrants will be entered for the chance to win Sweepstakes Prizes. Entrants agree to be bound by and acknowledge compliance with these official rules including eligibility requirements. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the e-mail account associated with the Facebook account will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” of an e-mail address is the natural person in whose name the e-mail address has been issued. A selected winner may be asked to provide Sponsor with proof that the selected winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible. Use of automated devices not valid for entry. Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor may at its sole discretion disqualify anyone who violates the rules or undermines the integrity of the sweepstakes by disabling cookies, using any form of automatic entering, or any other form of manipulation.

PHOTO SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Photo submissions may be photos taken by the Entrant, photos uploaded from the Udi’s Facebook timeline and/ or stock photos, any and all of which must comply with the Photo Submission Requirements as stated below. For any photos submitted as part of the Sweepstakes the photo must meet the specifications described in the photo prompt. Any entry, which in the sole opinion of Sponsor is deemed to be inappropriate for publication or unrelated to the photo prompt will be deemed ineligible and all points earned in the Sweepstakes will be forfeited. Once a picture is submitted it cannot be changed, altered or modified. Submissions (a) may not contain any nudity, or in appropriate language as deemed by Sponsor (b) may not infringe upon any third party’s rights, including but not limited to copyright, patent or trademarks/tradenames/logos, or rights of privacy or publicity, or contain material that is or may be considered defamatory, slanderous or libelous, or portray in a false light; (c) may not violate any law, rule or regulation; and each entrant warrants and represents that his/her Submission complies with all of those conditions. Submissions may include other individuals who willingly appear, but entrants must obtain prior written permission from such individual that is satisfactory to Sponsor. Non-complying Submissions will be subject to disqualification. By entering, each Entrant grants permission for the use of the Submission, and their name to be used in any media in connection with this Sweepstakes, and the advertising, promotion, and publicity of the Sweepstakes, and otherwise, as stated in these Official Rules (as solely determined by Sponsor). All Submissions become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Limit: Limit one coupon per point level per Entrant. Limit one prize per Entrant per prize level.

Limit one coupon per point level per Entrant. Once Entrant reaches the designated point level Entrant will receive a pop up with instructions to print the coupon or to save it in the Entrant’s Rewards Account.
