There will be one (1) first prize consisting of (A) a check for $1,000 and (B) a case of Thompson’s® WaterSeal® Waterproofing Stain (four gallons) in the winner’s choice of colors and opacity, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $112, for a total ARV for the first prize of $1,112.

There will be ten (10) runner up prizes awarded. Each runner up prize will consist of a case of Thompson’s® WaterSeal® Waterproofing Stain (four gallons) in the winner’s choice of colors and opacity with an ARV of $112.

Total ARV of all prizes in the Sweepstakes is a maximum of $2,232.
