The 2011-2012 Heluva Good! College Basketball Experience Contest

Grand Prize: One (1) winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a trip for two (2) to the 2012 college men’s Division I basketball tournament semifinal and final games in New Orleans, LA on April 2 and 4, 2012. Grand Prize includes two (2) tickets to the semifinal and final men’s college basketball games (for a total of three (3) games); a double occupancy standard hotel accommodation for three (3) nights; and round trip coach class airfare for two people from the major airport closest to Winner’s place of residence to New Orleans, LA.
All other expenses not specified herein are not included in the Grand Prize, including but not limited to: transportation to or from the Grand Prize Winner’s home from or to the airport; ground transportation between the New Orleans airport and the hotel in New Orleans; additional transportation, including transportation to the basketball venue, parking and all meals for the Grand Prize Winner and guest in connection with travel to or stay in New Orleans; applicable taxes; telephone, fax or cable charges imposed while using any accommodations; personal services and expenses such as laundry, valet, room service; gratuities; optional tours; insurance; medical travel documents; and other incidental costs and any other costs not specifically stated herein as being included. Such additional expenses are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest.
Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and make all reservations at least thirty (30) days in advance of trip. Airline, tickets and hotel accommodation will be chosen by Sponsor. All travel must be completed on the dates specified by Sponsor.
Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $4,000.
2011 Tournament Prizes: Twenty-eight (28) winners (“Tournament Prize Winners”) will receive two (2) tickets to attend all sessions at one of the 2011 college men’s Division I basketball tournament venues specified below. Four (4) Tournament Prize Winners will be chosen for each venue specified below.
Second and Third Round games in Tampa, FL: March 17 and 19, 2011 (total of six (6) games)
Second and Third Round games in Washington, DC: March 17 and 19, 2011 (total of six (6) games)
Second and Third Round games in Charlotte, NC: March 18 and 20, 2011 (total of six (6) games)
Second and Third Round games in Chicago, IL: March 18 and 20, 2011 (total of six (6) games)
Second and Third Round games in Cleveland, OH: March 18 and 20, 2011 (total of six (6) games)
Second and Third Round games in Tulsa, OK: March 18 and 20, 2011 (total of six (6) games)
Southwest Regional games in San Antonio, TX: March 25 and 27, 2011 (total of three (3) games)

Total Approximate Retail Value of all 2011 Tournament Prizes is $13,938.52. In the event any Tournament Prize Winner elects not to participate in all designated activities associated with the 2011 Tournament Prize, such Tournament Prize Winner will not be afforded any additional compensation or exchange therefore.
Heluva Good! Party Pack Prizes: The first five hundred (500) entrants to successfully complete an entry into the Contest during the Contest Term (“Party Pack Winners”) will receive a Heluva Good! Party Pack. The Heluva Good! Party Pack includes: one (1) Heluva Good! cooler bag; one (1) Heluva Good! chip clip; one (1) Heluva Good! complimentary product coupon; one (1) Heluva Good! $0.75 off product coupon; and one (1) Heluva Good! dry erase college basketball tournament board.
