Tennis Channel’s 2015 US Open Sweepstakes

One (1) Grand Prize which includes:
(i) winner and one (1) guest will gain admission during the first two (2) days of the 2016 US Open Tennis Championships at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, New York, for one (1) session per day (either the day session or the night session, at Sponsor’s sole discretion) (Approximate retail value (“ARV”) Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00));
(ii) round trip coach-class air transportation on a carrier to be selected by Tennis Channel for the winner and one (1) guest from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major commercial airport in the New York metropolitan area (ARV One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00)); and
(iii) hotel accommodations for winner and (1) guest (single room/double occupancy, room and tax only) for five (5) nights in a standard room at The Westin New York at Times Square (“Hotel”) (ARV Three Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Five Dollars ($3,495.00)).

ARV of the Grand Prize is Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Five Dollars ($4,995.00). Winner and guest must travel departing on or about August 28, 2016 and returning on or about September 1, 2016, exact dates to be confirmed and finalized by Sponsor. If winner is not available on such dates, Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the receipt and use of the hotel stay including but not limited to hotel incidentals, transportation to and from and all food and beverage.
