One (1) Grand Prize which includes: (i) round trip coach-class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest from a major commercial gateway airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major commercial airport in the New York City vicinity (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (ii) hotel accommodations for winner and (1) guest (single room/double occupancy, room and tax only) for five (5) nights at a hotel in the greater New York metropolitan area (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (iii) one (1) round trip luxury ground transport for winner and (1) guest from the hotel to the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, New York; (iv) an opportunity for winner and one (1) guest to sit in the Tennis Channel broadcast booth for a portion of one (1) match telecast during the 2010 US Open (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (v) an opportunity for winner and one (1) guest to meet Tennis Channel’s 2010 US Open broadcasters; and (vi) an opportunity for winner and one (1) guest to visit Tennis Channel’s 2010 US Open suite in Arthur Ashe Stadium.
