TWO (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded (1 Grand Prize to be awarded among eligible entries received from the Western United States; 1 Grand Prize to be awarded among eligible entries received from the Eastern United States [see Rule 5 and Exhibit A below for full details]). Prize is a package for hosting a party to watch Super Bowl® LVII on February 12, 2023. Prize also includes a check in the amount of $7,500 that winner may use to defray taxes incurred due to acceptance of Grand Prize. Approximate Retail Value: up to $30,000.00 each.
Package is intended for hosting a Super Bowl® watch party with for the winner him/herself and up to (20) guests. All guests at Super Bowl® watch party must be 25 years of age or older. Only invited guests who sign and return a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) as per Rule 5 below may attend Super Bowl® watch party.
Package includes the following elements:
70” high definition television with surround sound and wireless speakers; VR headset
Game day jersey (one per guest, up to 21 in total; design and style of jersey to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; jersey NOT customized), plush blankets, cocktail glasses, coasters, koozies, bar set
Mini-refrigerator, bean bag chairs, pillows, floor cushions, general party décor
Gift card for $1,500 (issuer of Sponsor’s sole choosing, subject to terms and conditions indicated thereon)
Food catered by local business of Sponsor’s sole choosing
Photo engagement, games and other activities
Use of bar and glassware solely for Super Bowl® watch party**
With regard to food and non-alcohol beverage components of package, winner will be provided the choice of several meat and vegetarian options. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to advise Sponsor in writing at time of execution of Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release (where lawful), as per Rule 5 below, of any dietary restrictions (including allergies and religious restrictions) affecting winner and/or his/her invited guests.
Sponsor will determine the nature and kind of specific items comprising package.
** Bar and glassware must be returned after conclusion of Super Bowl® watch party. Bar and glassware are NOT being awarded to Grand Prize winner permanently. Bar and glassware may only be used as intended and must be in the same condition at conclusion of Super Bowl® watch party as when provided to winner, excluding ordinary wear; any damage to same may result in liability to Grand Prize winner. Sponsor will determine in its sole discretion if any bar and glassware has suffered any damage during Super Bowl® watch party and such decision is final and binding.
Sponsor and Judges will use commercially reasonable efforts to supply Super Bowl® watch party package to verified Grand Prize winner by Sunday, February 12, 2023. However, Sponsor does not guarantee that verified Grand Prize winner will receive Super Bowl® watch party package in time for the Super Bowl® LVII game and disclaims any and all liability for late delivery of Super Bowl® watch party package, regardless of cause, under any legal theory. Verification of Grand Prize winner after 5:00 p.m. ET on February 9, 2023 relieves Sponsor of any liability under any legal theory relative to delivery of Super Bowl® watch party package in time for the Super Bowl® LVII game.
(50) First Prizes will be awarded. Prize is a Super Bowl® cocktail kit including napkins, shaker, recipe card, mat and rally towel. (Sponsor will determine the nature and kind of specific items comprising kit.) Approximate Retail Value: $100 each.
