Sweepstakes Prizes: THIRTY (30) GRAND PRIZES: An HSN gift card valued between $50 and $5,000 (depending on which square on the game board each potential winner selects). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) for Entry Periods 1 through 7): $50 to $5,000. The ARV for each of the Grand Prizes awarded during Entry Period 8 shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion based on the allocation described in Section 5 above. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period. Total ARV of all Sweepstakes Prizes: $45,000.

Odds of winning an Instant Win Game prize depend on the number of eligible Instant Win Game plays divided by the number of prizes available. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person.

No cash equivalent and all prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
