One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a spot for his or her child at the Michael Jordan Flight School overnight summer camp session from August 3 to August 7, 2011, at the University of California, Santa Barbara.

 Winner will also receive a 4-day, 3-night trip for winner and a guest to Santa Barbara, CA at that same time. Prize package includes:

 * Tuition for one overnight camper session for Michael Jordan Flight School between August 3 – August 7, 2011, for winner’s son or daughter, age 7-18. Tuition includes 4 nights stay at the UCSB Tropicana Gardens Dormitory, transportation from parent’s hotel to the dormitory, meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the duration of the camp session, medical care as needed, basketball instruction, one (1) Michael Jordan Flight School poster, one (1) Camp T-shirt, one (1) color team photo with Michael Jordan and a personal autograph from Mr. Jordan (one autograph per camper);

 * Roundtrip coach-class airfare for winner, winner’s child and one additional guest between major airport closest to winner’s residence (determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) and Santa Barbara Airport;

 * Ground transfers between the Santa Barbara Airport and a Santa Barbara hotel for three (3) people;

 * One double-occupancy standard hotel room at a Santa Barbara hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion for four (4) nights for winner and winner’s guest;

 * $200 credit at the Michael Jordan Camp Store;

 * $250 VISA or AMEX Gift Card for summer camp supplies;

 * $500 VISA or AMEX Gift Card for incidentals and meals for winner and guest in Santa Barbara.

 Total Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize is $4,415.
