6. Prizes and Value. Each Winner shall receive meals for a year at participating Groupon+ restaurants. Winner will receive 100% cash back as a statement credit after they eat at and pay for their meal at any participating Groupon+ restaurant using their enrolled Visa or Mastercard credit card or debit card. The statement credit will appear on the enrolled Visa or Mastercard credit card or debit card approximately 2 or 3 business days after the transaction. Participating Groupon+ restaurants are subject to change at any time. There is a limit of $150 cash back per meal. If a meal is more than $150, only $150 shall be provided as statement credit. A statement credit will not be provided if a Winner does not enroll in the Groupon+ cash back program before eating at the restaurant. During the year the maximum amount that a Winner can receive as statement credits is Ten Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($10,950). For the duration of the twelve (12) months of the prize, Winners must: (1) have a Visa or Mastercard credit card or debit card that is eligible to participate in the Groupon+ cash back program; and (2) be enrolled in the Groupon+ cash back program.

In lieu of receiving meals for a year at participating Groupon+ restaurants, each Winner will have the option of receiving $10,950 in cash (the “Cash Option”). The Winner will be required to tell the Sponsor that it wishes to receive the Cash Option in lieu of receiving meals for a year at participating Groupon+ restaurants. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is Ten Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($10,950)
(USD). Actual value of prize may vary based on total cash back used.
