Prize: One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a trip for two (2) to the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Colorado, from June 18-June 21, 2009 (“Trip Dates”). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $5,585, depending on location of winner and fares at time of departure. Trip includes: round-trip coach air transportation for two to the location of the hotel from a major commercial airport in the United States, near the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the hotel); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; four (4)-nights hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only); two (2) reserved seats for the Classic Cook-Off; a meet-and-greet with chef Jacques Pepin (“Event”); and five hundred dollars ($500) cash. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including but not limited to, ground transportation to and from winner’s home and airport or to and from the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen or other transportation, food, beverages, additional hotel amenities or fees and gratuities, are the responsibility of winner and traveling companion. Travel and hotel accommodations are subject to availability. Twenty-Five (25) First Prizes: Twenty-five (25) winners will each receive a one-year subscription (12 issues) to Food & Wine Magazine (ARV: $45 each). Total ARV of all prizes is $6710. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winners. Arrangements for the fulfillment of the Prizes will be made by Sponsor. Trip Dates of the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen may change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Certain restrictions may apply. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution by winners or cash equivalent is allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible in the event the Event is cancelled or postponed for any reason. All fees, federal, state, local or other expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of prize are the sole responsibility of the winner
