Express “Make a Date” Sweepstakes

1) posting a photograph on Instagram of you and your Valentine and tagging it with #LOVEEXPRESS and #EXPSWEEP. Any photograph and/or text you submit in connection with this Sweepstakes (the “Content”) must be your own original creation and must not have been previously published or submitted in connection with any other contest or sweepstakes. Your Content must not infringe any third-party rights, including but not limited to right of publicity, copyrights, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.
OR
2) sending an email entitled “Make a Date” to sweepstakes@express.com and include your name, address, and daytime telephone number with area code.

Your Content must not reference any third party trademarks or logos or contain any advertisements, “spam” content, or references to other offers or websites.

Five (5) winners will be selected via a random drawing on or about February 2, 2015, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. If the winning entries were submitted via Instagram, the winners will be notified via their Instagram account. If the winning entries were submitted by email, then the winners will be notified either by telephone or email to the telephone number or email address submitted at the time of entry.

PRIZES: Five (5) prizes will be awarded. Each prize includes an ideal Valentines date valued at $500.00, awarded in the form of a VISA Gift Card and two (2) $200.00 Express shopping sprees, one for the winner and one for his/her Valentine, awarded in the form of EXPRESS Gift Cards. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is $900.00 and $4,500.00 for all prizes.
