One (1) Grand Prize: a trip for four (4) to either New York, New York or Los Angeles, California. Grand Prize includes: a) round-trip economy class air transportation from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s home to either New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA for the Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guests”); b) two (2) nights hotel accommodations (two (2) rooms, double occupancy); c) transfers from airport to hotel (and back) in destination city; d) admission for four (4) to the Intrepid Museum (NY) or California Science Center; e) $200 American Express® Gift Card; f) Nikon D3100 14.2MP Digital SLR Camera with 18-55 Nikkor Zoom Lens, Camera Bag and memory card. MSRP $600. Grand Prize winner and Guests must complete the trip between April 1 and June 30, 2013. If, for any reason, the Grand Prize Winner and Guests cannot complete the trip by that date the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Grand Prize Winner and Guests. If the airport closest to the Grand Prize winner’s home is in close enough proximity to destination city so that, as Sponsor may determine in its sole discretion, a flight is unnecessary, such Grand Prize winner will receive alternate ground transportation from the Sponsor with no further flight obligation to the winner. Grand Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the ARV in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to structure the travel route and select hotels in its sole discretion. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Certain travel restrictions may apply and trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Grand Prize winner and Guests must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including a valid photo ID. Air transportation tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and may not be valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of a flight cancellation or flight delay. GRAND PRIZE WINNER AND GUESTS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL TRANSPORATION COSTS REQUIRED TO TRAVEL TO/FROM THE AIRPORT FROM WHICH THE TRIP WILL ORIGINATE AND TERMINATE. All other expenses relating to acceptance of Grand Prize, including but not limited to taxes, all meals/beverages, ground transfers, gratuities, excursions, insurance, hotel taxes/fees, surcharges, service charges, upgrades, passenger facility charges, incidentals, luggage fees, and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize winner and Guests. Approximate retail value (ARV) of Grand Prize is $5,600.
