You must choose your prize package and include an answer in 500 words or less to one (1) of the following three (3) questions: Self’s question is “How do you maximize your workouts?”; Glamour’s question is “How do you sneak in exercise while on a date?”; and Lucky’s question is “How do you maximize your exercise while shopping?” (“Submission”).
There will be one (1) winner from each magazine, three (3) winners in total.
The Self prize package is a one-year membership to a gym in or near the winner’s hometown chosen by Sponsor, one (1) consultation with a trainer or nutritionist chosen by Sponsor and one (1) pair of true balance sneakers accompanied by a list of key movements to be done in the sneakers. The approximate retail value of the Self prize package is $3,000.
The Glamour prize package is two (2) coach airfare ticket(s) from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the US to New York City, ground transportation to and from the airport, one (1) standard hotel room (double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor, two (2) appointments with professional hair and makeup artists, dinner for two (2) at a NYC restaurant chosen by Sponsor (value not to exceed $300 in total), Broadway tickets for two (2) to a show in NYC chosen by Sponsor, and one (1) pair of truebalance sneakers. The approximate retail value of the Glamour prize package is $4,000 depending on exact itinerary.
The Lucky prize package is two (2) coach airfare tickets from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the US to New York City, ground transportation to and from the airport, one (1) standard hotel room (double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor, $400 cash prize to be used at a top NYC retailer to be shared between winner and guest and one (1) pair of truebalance sneakers. The approximate retail value of the prize package is $3,000 depending on exact itinerary.
The Glamour trip must be booked by December 14, 2010 and completed by October 14, 2011. The Lucky Trip must be booked by January 31, 2011 and completed by December 31, 2011.
