Grand Prize: (1 winner) Legend for a Day Experience that includes: 2 tickets and one VIP parking pass to the November 29, 2009 Chargers vs. Chiefs game at Qualcomm Stadium; 2 invitations to the Legends pre-Game tailgate party; 2 half-time field passes for Legends introduction at the Game; and one Chargers Alternate jersey. The Game that is the subject of the Grand Prize is the November 29, 2009 Chargers vs. Kansas City game. Prizes consist only of those items specifically listed as part of the applicable Prizes. Gratuities not included. Prizes are nontransferable. Substitution, including cash substitution, of any Prize by a winner is not permitted. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute for any Prize (or any part thereof) a prize of similar or greater value and/or quality.

The winner of the Grand Prize must attend the Game or forfeit the Grand Prize. Seat location at the Game is at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. The Game date and time are determined in the sole discretion of Sponsors and may be subject to change. Grand Prize winner agrees to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with the Grand Prize. The Sponsors reserve the right to remove or deny entry to Grand Prize winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the Game. Sponsors will not be responsible for acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation of the Game. If the Game is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, Grand Prize winner will not receive tickets to the Game as part of the prize, but the tickets may be subject to standard rain-check policies and procedures established by issuer, if any.
