Ball Perfect Pickle Contest

Prizes:  One (1) First Place Prize (as defined below) is available to be won. It will be awarded to a resident of the United States of America (which includes all 50 states and District of Columbia).
 The First Place Prize consists of a trip for two (2) to New York, New York. The approximate value of the Prize is $5,000 based on program prizing explained below. Any difference between the stated value and the actual value will not be awarded.
 The First Place Prize consists of:
 (i) Two (2) round-trip economy airfare tickets from an airport near the winner’s primary residence within United States (airport, carrier and airline ticket class selected at the sole discretion of the Sweepstakes Sponsor) to New York, NY (however, if winner resides less than 200 miles from New York, NY, the Sweepstakes Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute air transportation with a form of ground transportation).
 (ii) Three (3) nights accommodation based on double occupancy in a standard room at three-star or higher ranked hotel in New York, New York.
 (iii) Limousine service to and from airport and hotel.
 (iv) Five hundred dollars ($500) spending money.
 The air travel tickets included in the First Place Prize must be redeemed together and travel must be completed between November 1, 2012 – July 30, 2013 excluding November 21 – November 25, 2012 and December 24, 2012 through January 2, 2013. Subject to availability dependent on dates selected or the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety.

 Five (5) Second Place Prizes will be awarded. The Second Place Prize Consists of:
 Ball® Fresh Preserving 21 qt. Waterbath Canning Kit, Ball® Kosher Dill Pickle Mix and Ball® Bread & Butter Pickle Mix. Estimated Retail Value – $91.93
