Grand Prize: The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive: (a) a trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to Austin, Texas to attend the Woodie Awards 2011 (the “Event”), currently contemplated to take place on or around March 16, 2011 to on or around March 18, 2011, but subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The trip for two (2) will include: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Austin, Texas; (ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in Austin, Texas for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) round trip ground transportation between airport and hotel in Austin, Texas and (iv) access for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest
to the Event (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,000.00
